General Comments
I booked the ticket over the phone from united states, 5 months before i travel. coming to india was not a problem but going back to us is the biggest hassel. United cancel my flight and MAKE MY TRIP did not even inform me. I went to local Ahmedabad office to book new ticket and local office told me my flight has been cancelED. Rather then taking care of this issue they give me few numbers and as i booked ticket from US ITS not there resposibility. After that real night mare begins. for last 10 days i am on the phone everyday almost for few hours. No conclusion. Finally they gave me extra halt in mumbai, started my journey 5 hours earlier. They issue my paper ticket from usa and they did not provide me any reviesed ticket. 3 days prior to my departure date they call me told me to go to cargo airport and send my ticket to delhi office at my own expense. during whole procedure they always told me they will call in 5 minutes but they never calls me. i always have to call them and imagine the pain to find the right person. I do not recommend make my trip.com
