I had the exact experience as person on Dec.18th post. It is almost Christmas and I ordered something with plenty of time for it to ship. Now, with no time to ship, I get an email saying that I need to fax them verification of my home address before they will ship it to me! Now I am concerned that my order will get here in time for my son's Christmas. In my opinion this business about needing personal info is not at all professional and made me wary. I don't know what to do. It's so late, I need my son's gifts, but I don't want to turn over personal info. especially this time of the year. I will never buy from them again and pray I get my package.
