Good Points

The sofa looked lovely in brochure, took delivery in Sept. 08 after 8 weeks as stated.


Bad Points

2weeks later the leg fell off the sofa , contacted customer services. they were appallling, eventually arranged for a new sofa to be delivered today 22 dec 08/
Was told sofa was on for delivery......... transport departments told me no Further deliveries to be made from the Sofa workshop !!!!!!


General Comments


Looks like I have be left with a three legged sofa and no chance of getting a new one. !!!!!!!!! absolute disgrace
