General Comments
I called TalkTalk a few weeks ago to discuss my home move, I was told that it would cost £29.99 plus BT wholesale charges to install the new line, feeling a little grieved by this I discussed this with BT and decided that the service wasn't good enough with Talk talk to stay. I agreed to pay out my contract and finish with them by giving them the 14 day notice period. Called back , was told that i didn't have to pay the cost of BT, cancelled anyway. The next day my line was disconnected 13 days earlier than I had agreed. 3.5 hours on the phone ,8 phone calls, I felt that little was done apart from telling me that this was my fault. I have written to thier head office - no reply yet. What annoys me with all of this is the time , money (alll of my calls have been made with my mobile for 3 weeks) and effort in trying to get something simple sorted.
