Personally not happy with the service
Not worth the risk of ordering on-line I now feel from my experience
Not happy with the communication that has happened here, they took payment of my but I have not yet received my goods..


General Comments

Ordered a set of photos online to pick up in store at a given time 24hours later. Got to said store 24 hours later (a fair old drive away) only to be told by the shop assistant that my order had not come through, and there was nothing they could do about it as they had not received the order from Tesco photo (despite Tescophoto having taken my payment, given me an order number and a specific collection time). I was told that 'this happens all the time' and I was better off going home and bringing in the photographs in on a memory stick... Given that these photos were meant for a christmas present I am very disappointed, but most of all angry that Tesco failed to notify me that they had not sent my order to the store.
I will NOT be using again. And am just about to tell them so myself, along with requesting a refund for my petrol wasted.
