Good Points

Nice large curls and pretty easy to use without burning your fingers like you can often do with straighteners!!


Bad Points

It could be because I tried them out on hair that had been washed the previous day but they dragged a bit on my hair which gave it a course looking texture. I'm hoping that doing it on freshly washed hair like i would normally will give it a different finish.


General Comments

I decided to use this because i was fed up fighting with my straighteners when trying to curl my hair, I always had a great finish with them but on some parts it just wouldn't quite curl like i wanted and i often came away with burns on my fingers where I'd accidentally placed them on the plates when trying to finish my style. As any girl knows if you get stressed when doing your hair and it turns out bad it can ruin your night so the idea of skipping all that was worth trying it for. from the small amounts i have done the curls have been larger than the ones created with straighteners and i like that, they look a lot more hollywood glam rather than boho chick which is the look i like. I know some girls are having problems getting their hair to curl at the top but the only suggestion i can offer is that as soon as you place the you curl on the hair at the top start to rotate it and try not to leave it in one place for a long time. this gave me a curl straight from the root... if that's what your looking for then I'm sure this will work. I cant yet comment on how long they last but they don't seem to be dropping which is a good sign so I'm really excited about seeing the end result when i do it tomorrow! considering i expected these to be pants I'm pleasantly surprised and glad i got them
