General Comments

My Vehicle broke down on the M621 not a pleasant experience. I called out the AA and was told that my cylinder head gasket had gone. We was eventually recovered to this garage, we was greeted by a sweet girl on the reception. She could see we was upset and frozen to the skin, she instantly made us a cup of tea which we thought was a nice gesture. She asked one of the Mechanics to check out our car, when he returned he told us that the water pump had gone and not the head gasket. The time was around 4.45 pm and I was told that this repair would take two hours. As this garage closed at 6.00 pm we thought we were stranded, when the mechanic offered to stay behind to finish our car so that we could get home. The manager even went to collect the new part for us. Evenually the car was finished and thanks to these people we were on our way home.
What a god send this garage was to us that day, they are just wonderful kind hearted people and couldn ' t do enough to help.
