In the early days I never had much problem with CD Wow but over the last year very poor to recently I`ll never buy again. I ordered a dvd of no rarity and in any High Street music store. Six weeks before Xmas to ensure it arrived. It`s not arrived though money taken I asked them to pop it in the post box on the way home but a rather to the point email arrived of do you want a refund ? I said yes and that was 5 days ago. Thank goodness I used Paypal who have now taken the matter up on my behalf. Never again.
