Good Points

Works great and quickly. Eight years later it doesn't look outdated.


Bad Points

A little loud in the AM


General Comments

We are the type of people who unpackage a product and put it to use without too much concern for maintenance. Other than our Spidem Trevi Automatica in terms of preventative maintenance and it works like a charm. Our machine is 8 years old and it is used religiously several times a day by ourselves and my parents who live next door (the coffee is so good that they come to our house to get their fix) and we have never had a problem with it.
