I think the time scales especially for damaged phones are very difficult to keep to. You need to read the T&C's before hand to make sure you know where you stand when making a claim. T-mobile do not appear to communicate any of problems associated within the terms and conditions, like upgrades and different people using the phones etc and do not seem to encourage customers to read the cover so when customers ring to make a claim they have no idea why there policy wont pay out.
