I have been with the halifax for 10 years and let me tell you i ask myself why!!! They are unconcerned about any changes in anybodys situation, they charge your account as they wish, not returning any money owed to you, they make me sick. join at your peril!! I am moving to natwest on monday. please think befor joining the halifax

I have had exactly the same problems i have been with halifax all my life and i also are changeing to natwest. Halifax dont give you extra its you who give it them with stupid bank charges.
