6 months ago they went through some storms. Not sure what all went wrong, but the service was down to 1. It was terrible. They promised to set things right, but it took quite awhile. Now that have accomplished that and obtained the service back from the folks to whom they sold it (I think), it has only had one issue since that time. So if it hadn't been for those 2 stormy months then they would get a ten. If you were to sign up now you would most likely be giving them a ten too.
NO spam, at all, ever. Well, they have a few down moments and 1-2 slipped by in the last 2 years.
Couldn't be happier, at the moment. $10 a year is pretty cheap for no spam email. And the white/black listing is so easy to take care of with them, the way they have it set up.
