This company received an order from me in August 2008 and full payment by end of August. The car was due to take three weeks but there were endless delays. Eventually instead of a Honda CRV a Honda FRV was delivered. I cancelled the order on 6 Dec 2008 and requested a full refund of all monies paid. I now notice from the websote that the company has gone into liquidation and I am going to have to deal with Tenon recovery to get my money back! I am supposed to here from them by 23 December.

I am in the same position. Owed £8200. I was due my refund on 24/12 but no chance now. I have spoken with Tenon today & there is no money to pay to Creditors. I have to claim my money now by going to my Credit Card because I paid my deposit that way back in August. I knew this was about to happen but could do nothing. I have done so much research over the past month and the Company is/was notorious. Do contact Trading Standards & Consumer Direct. Let me know how you get on. Fingers X for us all left in this dire situation.

We're in the same position, although the 30 days were actually 10 days ago.
Chasing the cheque meant the lies started again and we were told they had sent it (2nd class post for a large cheque the week before Christmas would sum these people up).
The way the company have operated from the moment the money was received was just appalling and I hope gives us a case for trading standards to be questioned. I feel sick when I think of how much money we stand to lose. Tenon said there would be a meeting in January.
