littleemopony's Review of Cadbury Heroes

Cadbury's Heroes was our favourite variety of chocolate to get at Christmas. They had around about 10 different vairities and we each had a favourite. Our favourites were different aswell so there was no arguing over who would get the last Crunchie or Dairy Milk or whatever. This was before we opened the Hero box this year, expecting to see our favourite chocolates and unaware of the changes made. What a terrible shock we had! To discover that our beloved favourite chocolates had disappeared, cruelly voted out and replaced by chocolates picked with a clear absence of imagination. Favourites such as Crunchie, Dream and Picnic, gone for good and replaced by Bournville and Eclairs! The Bournville we think we can live with, but what right does the Eclair have to be included in Heroes? Nothing heroic about a chocolate Eclair! The addition of Bournville and Eclairs has ultimatley turned the Heroes variety of chocolate into a boring and bland excuse for an assortment. There was much weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth and beating of breasts in our house on that fateful morning when we opened the new tin of Heroes. We shall not stand for this sort of thing any longer. We refuse to buy Heroes anymore as they are a complete disapointment. REINSTATE THE OLD HEROES!!
