I experienced disappointing service. Ordered 3rd of December (for Christmas)- they still have not shipped December 20 claiming they required additional information. I have emailed 3 times asking what information they needed and gotten a seemingly vague response, I also called them and listened to their answering machine claim they were not answering their phones during this 'busy period.' Was amazed at how unprofessional they appeared to me.
