I placed my first order with CD WOW 3 weeks ago - sent WRONG disc 10 days later (disc came from Hong Kong) - I wrote in immediately to say I have not opened disc, could they please tell me how to get it back to them and could I please have THE ONE I ORDERED ? I got an email with a PDF attachment on how to return disc (including a return address in Potter's Bar - this is north of London, UK - I live in Melbourne.

When I pointed this out, they then said they would issue me with an e-voucher once they got the disc back. (Imagine hassle of packing and trip to Post Office to have parcel registered to ensure delivery,). I balked at this arrangement of renumerating with 'e-vouchers' since they are making the assumption that I would consider buying from them again! Once was quite enough!

I have asked for my case to be referred to a Manager instead of having continued email exchanges with a series of 'Service Personnel' - I am still waiting....
