Marks and Spencer. Good flowers delivery on time but.......web site was awful ,and hard to get to complaints and queries ,just gives wrote answers no proper info about my complaint Ordered flowers to be delivered onthe 18th of dec two days before got a voicemail from M&S asking me to contact them so i rang the premium rate no they left, for them to say my card payment had not gone through could i go back online and try another card , so i did and it woulnt accept it i rang them back again (on hold for 10 mins) and gave them my original card no and it went staight through. on the 19th i found they had taken the money from the second card i tried online and after another few calls to them got it sorted but am out of pocket abt £7.00 so the flowers were not a bargain as claimed.
