    Good Points

    Website is very good hence 1 point for the website.


    Bad Points

    I found that there seems to be no personable approach, always having to chase them and made to feel awkward when doing so as if I'm bothering them!


    General Comments

    Compared to other agencies I felt that most of the time I was dealing with people who seemed either new to recruitment and/or generally just working for Reed as a gap fill and therefore I never felt as though I was given their full attention. A comment I read earlier was that some Reed consultants appear to be only interested if they can make money out of you as a candidate, this is a huge concern for me as I don't want my career to be driven by someone's commission / bonus. Obviously this is appalling behaviour from any recruitment agency but I feel particularly from Reed as they are such huge brand. I shall therefore no longer be using Reed and have withdrawn my details.
