Good Points

Flown several times over the last couple years. On time generally for me. LOL - even left early a couple times! A couple short delays on domestic flights but nothing major. Good food on international flights. In-flight service has been great since aircraft were upgraded and a new spirit has emerged with PAL. It is very obvious how much pride the crews have now. They've really lifted their game - and second to no one in my opinion. Most improved airline in the world from what I've seen!


Bad Points

On-line booking needs more work. For example - how about some AMEX card compatibility?


General Comments

International and domestic flights the last couple years are incomparable with the PAL of old. Am highly impressed with the quality of the service, cleanliness of aircraft, and on-time performance. I think they need to get a little more competitive with international airfares and market themselves better. Asia's best kept secret - the Philippines and their national carrier.
