Bank do have lovely clothes but I find them difficult when it comes to returns and also reductions it seems. I queried the store in Manchester as to why they hadn't passed on the VAT reductions and the girl said they hadn't changed anything since VAT had been reduced and she didn't know anything about it. I then went to the store in Oldham later that day and I queried the staff there and a staff member said they are passing the reduction on in their sale items. I explained this is not what the Manchester staff said and she said they were doing it on the upcoming items in their warehouse. In addition to this a dress which blatantly was marked £20 on the reduced hanger came up as £25 on the till and they told me they were not obliged to give me the price advertised. I'm not a consumer rights expert but this all seems a bit wrong to me.
