Still haven't received my photo book yet.


General Comments

My photo book (ordered in November) is still being promised for Christmas. Somehow don't think that's a promise they can fulfil as it is now the 19th. Would rather they were honest instead of making these promises, then I know where I stand. Disappointing customer service especially as initially there is often a good 25 minute wait before anyone answers the phone whenever I try to phone them. Do have a direct line number for a supervisor but she hasn't helped me any more than anyone else.
