I experienced poor communication, received no reply to emails
items sent out by royal mail without tracking number
I ordered a xmas present from The Entertainer for my 6 year old on Dec 10th
was promised delivery by 18th at latest. it is the 19th and I have still not received it and we are going away tomorrow so he will have no xmas present.
When I phoned them to chase and see if it had been delivered to neighbours already they couldnt give me a tracking number. The rep kept saying things like 'unfortunately we don't get tracing numbers with royal mail'. I feel that this is not unfortunate it is incompetent.
