Good Points

Pleasant during the sales procedure.although typical sales tactics & patter.


Bad Points

Unhelpful,guarded & aggressive in my opinion


General Comments

Was sold a £10500.00 BMW car - car found to be unstable on country roads. Booked in for an inspection - declared no fault found. Staff refused to test drive & insisted that it was because it was a rear wheel drive BMW & didn't like them.
Car is still under warranty - Clarks suggested taking it to BMW garage who might be able to test better.
