Good Points

Gives points on all purchases. Every few months I receive vouchers which can be used in any John Lewis Store.


Bad Points

Less points if used outside John Lewis.


General Comments

I have found the John Lewis store card very useful. Every time I use it even to buy food at the supermarket I earn points. 3 times a year I received vouchers to use in a John Lewis Store. On one occassion I was informed the vouchers had been sent out but I did not receive them. I called John Lewis and I got through to a very helpful customer service representative who appologized and said the old vouchers will be cancelled and they will dispatch new ones as soon as possible. They had sent new ones within 3 weeks. The card is widely accepted abroad. I always make sure I have this card with me when I go shopping.
