Huge variety of food choice on the carvery as well as a varied menu.

Bad Points
The way I feel we were treated by one member of staff

General Comments
Went to the Shepherd and dog on a sunday with 5 of my friends had a really lovely meal from the carvery even though we did wait for nearly an hour at the busiest time, however we felt it was spoilt at the end of the meal when it came to the bill and there was an extra meal on there that we didn't have but were told that we had to pay for it because it had been made in the kitchen and not taken out even though we didn't order it. How ridiculous can they be to say that when we didn't order it? After about a minute of discussing this with a staff member they stated 'its on the bill its been made, you have to pay for it, that's it.' I thought this was very childish behaviour.
