Good Points

All items are shipped out eventually.

Prices are reasonable.

So far, customer service has been not too bad. Been pretty easy to reach them.


Bad Points

Obviously, the wait for all items to be ready to ship. Mine just keeps getting delayed!!

They tend to overcharge and ship additional items. Example: I ordered 1 Plan B deck but I ended up receiving 2 decks which I'm charged for. So, I have to ship it back to them and considering that I'm staying in Asia, it's really a hassle and a waste of time and money. And when it happened the first time, I was able to overlook it.


General Comments

My Skate America invoice doesn't appear right hence I'm unable to know the correct total invoice which kinda irritates me.

Those aside, my first order in October which amounted to $800+ was all delivered within a month. BUT there were a few problems of over-charging and shipping additional items.

Now with my second order in December, there are still problems of over-charging and shipping additional items. And I am still waiting on 3/4 of the order.

Another note, Skate America customer service isn't all that bad. All the times I called, it was easy to get through. Probably it depends on the time of call. Try calling at about 9 - 10 MST. Also, so far all emails I sent were replied.
