Good Points

Clean, attentive staff, ideal location, super food, generous measures.

Bad Points

Only niggles. Reserving sun beds, would have liked a kettle.

General Comments

Unfortunately and unusually weather was not good. Lucky we had a balcony that was a sun trap when it decided to come out of the cloud. Spoke to a couple who had to request a heater because of their rooms location. We spent many a happy relaxing hour on our balcony, retiring to our comfortable room when the sun disappeared. Two pools one with activities not to intrusive but plenty of other areas where you can relax with a good book. Food very good extensive choice, two separate restaurants which we did not use as there was no need. Beach with azure sea on the doorstep no litter, pity the hotel did not have an exclusive area on the beach as the sun beds were expensive. Alcholic drinks very generous yet no drunken larger louts. Staff were always courteous and friendly. We hired a car, wished we had not bothered nothing to see, that was any better than the immediate area of the hotel, yet roads were quiet and well surfaced with a very low speed limit. The bus stopped outside the hotel to go to the resort it took about ten minutes. Good to walk the promenade, watch the surfers, forget the shops far cheaper back home. Evening entertainment was not up to the standard of our last holiday in Tunisia. The crew lacked direction but certainly not effort. If you want scenery go to Scotland, if you want entertainment go to Blackpool, if you want to relax and unwind book now.
