Broken Furniture with added VAT and excess carriage delivered w. a smile

Being stuck w. broken furniture and no redress possible
Don't even waste time on their 'customer service'
General Comments
Remember a lot of rougues are relocating to Glasgow, they have their own law there when it suits them.
Press Glasgow Trading Standards to do something about this lot, maybe they will take 5 minutes off from prosecuting traders for slightly under age sales on behalf of our wonderful government if enough people complain!
