Dainty dimensions, metal housing, keepsetting selection, georgeous macro and detail photos, video out, wieldy grip design (for right-handers), startlingly perfect document copier in text mode (but tediously slow)
Outrageous shutter lag (0.4/1.3 sec focuslock/fullway push), weak battery (makes mp3 unusable), weak flash, no timer and no tripod screw (makes longer shuttertimes useless), not weatherproof, expensive memory media (SD card) and relatively low capacity (max 64M), poor mp3 implementation (single bitrate/sampling, no variable bitrate)
The Ricoh Caplio RR10 makes an interesting and handy gadget, probably useful as a general logbook, but definitely not a wonder
