General Comments

This is the worst customer service I have ever in my life seen. I tried getting ahold of someone over there, I found it impossible. It is almost Christmas and I ordered something with plenty of time for it to ship. Now, with no time to ship, I get an email saying that I need to fax them verification of my home address before they will ship it to me!!! I cannot get someone on the line whenever I try to cancel this order. Have been calling, emailing, leaving messages all day. The one time I did get someone on the line, they apparently hung up on me before I even said a word.
