I bought a bracelet from Fraser Hart, which is so gorgeous, i had to return it because a link broke. These things happen. Took it to where i had bought it, The Mall, Bristol. I was told it would take a week to repair. After a week i returned to collect. On inspection, it had not been repaired. Now i was told it would take 2 weeks. And it goes on, after that time elapsed still no bracelet. 2 shop visits and 3 phones calls later, now I am being told that it has been sent to the manufactures for repair. I don;t remember them informing me of what is going on, it feels like i have been doing all the chasing. It has been 2 months, they have no interest what so ever, aweful service.
