Product selection and prices seemed good


General Comments

Performance of Millets website was so slow that I gave up once but returned to complete the order. Delivery was quoted as 3-5 working days - 5 working days have now passed and my order doesn't seem to have been processed yet. Details online say that I would be contacted if delivery is likely to be longer than 5 working days - received no contact as yet.
Website says that Customer Services can be rung 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm. Just rung now (7pm on Wednesday) and informed that 'lines are now closed'.

Customer Service seems so bad that it far outweighs the selection of products and the reasonable prices. I won't be buying anything else from them
