Bad Points
I experienced poor website, wrong pricing, expired deals, slow staff, seemingly unprofessional approach, out of date products
General Comments
I have been into the K9 Capers shop in Crawley on more than one occasion and find it to be a well laid out store. On my first visit I was greeted as I entered, got helpful advice and was pleased to see a general willingness to help from the staff.
However,
I went into the store less than a week later (Saturday 13/12/08), was not approached by any of the three staff I could see, was shocked to find out of date rabbit treats and then not even offered an apology when I handed them over at the cash desk after notifying them of the problem.
I also noticed that there were some things priced wrong, the staff seemed very slow and unhelpful towards me when I eventually spoke to them and there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the building.
Overall, I think I'll stick to pets at home in the future

K9 Capers would love to hear from Mr White in order to understand his complaints first hand.
Christmas is a very busy time for most retailers, including K9 Capers, which means that many, sometimes inexperienced staff, have to be called to work in order to ensure that our customers can get served quickly. (Let's face it, I am sure that they have better things to be doing at Christmas than queueing for checkout in a pet store.)
However, K9 Capers would like to point out that we in no way condone poor levels of service and as such would like the opportunity of speaking to Mr White so that any problems he has experienced can be adressed.
At K9 Capers, customer service is of paramount importance to us and as such, I am positive that Mr White's experience in our store in Crawley in no way reflects the views of the majority of our customers.
If we are wrong, please tell us by calling in to the store on Rutherford Way, Manor Royal, Crawley and asking to speak to a member of the Management Team.
