General Comments

I ordered a dress from Oli, 2 weeks ago. I tried to return the item twice via their courier service and nobody came to collect!
I rung up customer services and they apologised and said the would take off any late return fees. Advisor said she had put on a Saturday return date and they would come collect between 8 - 12.30. Nobody turned up. As i twas nearing 12 i had a funny feeling they wouldn't turn up so rang them and explained. Another advisor said i had been misinformed and they they cant give delivery times as they have don't have any details of their courier service. Apparently, self employed workers pick the parcels up whenever they like e.g in between school runs.
I have now returned via royal mail. Hopefully this will work. Thankfully, i had set up an account with them so all they have done is billed me and not been able to take any money out of my account.

NEVER, will i buy from them again!!
