i have an account with littlewoods home shopping that i haven't used in years, anyway a few weeks ago i ordered a snooker table from them and it arrived damaged so i rang them up and asked for a replacement and for someone to pick up the broken one, the new one arrived but no one came to pick up the other one, the replacement was also broken, so i rang up again to get another, i also asked for them to pick up the two broken ones which they gave me a date for collection anyway he turned up but would only take one back, he then came the next day with the 3rd one but still wouldn't take the second one back, i opened the 3rd one and that was broken, yes i know beyond belief, so i rang them up and said come and get both i don't want anymore as its crazy this, they gave me a collection date, i waited in all day took time off work, no one showed, i rang then up they arranged another collection, again took another day off work unpaid, never showed again, i rang them up explained the situation they gave me another day no show, and then again, so that's 4 times no one has showed and i have taken 4 days off work unpaid to be in, i am still waiting for collection i ring every few days and they say someone will ring me, but i haven't received a call yet, it's now been over two weeks that these things have been sat here, but this morning i got my statement and i have to make a payment, so i rang them up explained the situation and she said I'm sorry but you will have to pay for them and once they have been returned we will credit your account, but 1 i don't want to pay for two snooker tables that are faulty that they cannot be bothered to pick up nor do i want a credit note from them as i will never order from them ever again.
