Internet site is fairly easy to use. I like red (scratching for something positive here!).
General Comments
I have been considering leaving HSBC for about a year but have finally put the wheels in motion. They can be difficult to communicate with. I have been waiting for a refund to my business card for over a year. You have one "business manager" in name but ours is often unavailable when we call.
