I've been with Lycos mail for 10 years
Bad Points
No incoming email, now for 12 days. Does anyone know how to contact a human being there?
General Comments
I will try to get off Lycos mail too,but it will be a hassle as this is my address for many things. But in the meantime, how do I retrieve my emails of the past 10-12 days?
This is all the more frustating as there are no human beings to contact it seems from my experience. Any advice appreciated.

They have just emailed me (a month later) following my string of complaint emails to state that they know I was not sending SPAM but the system thought I was, so I can have my account back (yeah, like I really want it!). Oh, and by the way, all my saved emails have been deleted.
