Bad Points

Over priced and slow speed, I am not happy with this service. Personally feel I received no help from the customer service.


General Comments

After over 3 months of trying I have finally just today received a refund for my overpaid final bill. If you are considering joining virgin. You will be paying up front for a slow, over priced service in my experience, which is not supported by anyone living within a thousand miles of the British Isles as far as I am aware. If you want a real service then go back to a BT line and then get O2. I have been with them for about 3 months now and have had an outstanding service in every way.
