This is a very light shotgun and may be carried all day without getting tire.
Bad Points
No mobile chokes during the time it first came out in 1984, but i am happy with the traditional over under full/modified chokes.
General Comments
I owned the Beretta 686 Special since the day my daughter was born in 1984, I need to tell you that today i still use it and looks a brand new as removed from the box, I am talking quality of a field gun that has served me to hunt every kind of small game to turkey, If i ever were to buy another gun i would let it be a Beretta over and under again either a Sporting a Special or even a Onyx, The shotgun was expensive in Canada in 1984 for the price of 1800.00$ then, but worth every single dollar imagine what a good gun can do, well this one did it really good.
