Customer Service!!! They are terrible. Their Online booking system.
General Comments
In my recent flight my name appeared on both the passengers names!!! The Customer service representative told me that this was my mistake and that I have to pay a full ticket to correct it! And the price of it .... 1295 pounds! These guys are ridiculous. Not flexible. Not helpful. I would not recommend you fly with these guys. Their service is the worst ever!
