General Comments

I won't bore I with the whole story just the main things to look at:-
1. Regardless of whether you're on the free 30 day trial, or I forgot to cancel and they debit my bank account, I CANNOT find how to read their terms and conditions UNLESS I first disclose ALL my own personal information. If I pull out just prior to card details stage they claim I have agreed to their "terms of business" (not to be confused with their "privacy policy"). Even if I unsubscribe from their never ending spam emails, my data appears have been forwarded onto numerous other mailing lists (and I mean NUMEROUS).
2. Their T&C's are unclear " they should be available as a simple click-on pdf to open, view, save to desktop etc. Instead I can barely scroll due to the window sizing so have a choice of printing off 14 pages (but I don't know how many pages until it comes out) or else thinking "oh forget it" and just carrying on regardless.
3. I can view my credit file but if I want to see my score they charge an additional £5.95. If I pay the £6.99 per month I can view my "file" as often as I wish each month, but the credit score will rip £5.95 straight off I card again and again. Look at my score, log out, have a cup of tea, login and look again, that's £11.90 gone, cheers mate!
4. They use the word "service" oddly. I've agreed to pay for a "service" but if I want any other "service" I'll pay for it straight out my account. All their "services" (with the exception of the "free" one) are chargeable, the trouble is I don't know one from another because they're all called just "service". Click somewhere it says "service" and I may get billed or I may not - you'll know when I see my account!
