Good Points

Good email communications.


Bad Points

Shipping took longer than it should have for the proximity to my location. There error is the customer's fault which results in an automatic 20% restocking fee!


General Comments

They sent me the wrong part so not only was I left with my car in pieces and no way to fix it on the spot, but the person I spoke to at the company appeared to want to blame me for it! It was suggested I had made the mistake & was therefore expected to pay a 20% restocking fee. I told them that my car is a 2000 (they sent the part for a 1997). They told me I was responsible for cross referencing the part # before placing the final order.
