Bad Points
Not far from HSBC in Covent Garden there is a Cornish pasty shop, and I just can't walk in front of it without grabbing one.
General Comments
I have been an HSBC Client for about 7 months now. Even if I just started trading and my account balance was never bigger than 300 / 400 pound, they always talked to me professionally.
I needed to open another account in a different currency, and they have called me on the mobile of another country to talk to me, the next day that I requested for information.
Also once in London I had a stupid problem with my card, I popped into a branch and straight away a woman helped me to solve my problem and I was ok in 5 minutes.
Exellent service, good internet banking with great security. May be international transfers could be a little bit cheaper, but at the end of the day I never seen money travelling that fast in my life. Even when I made an international transfer from another country to my HSBC account the money arrived in a few hours.
Overall ?? I would recommend it to everybody.
