General Comments

Hidden admin charge of £50 for cancellation no matter how long you have been a customer for, takes 1 minute on the computer to action and it costs £50 - yeah right! After a bit of an arguement the girl on the phone agreed to remove all admin charges. customer service is a complete joke. Terrible service, long call waiting time.

    In my experience the admin charges are clearly printed on the insurance document. And all companies charge for early cancellation
