Bad Points
Misinformed by salesman
Windows and doors don't fit properly (Wind blows through)
Waited in for two full days for repairmen - didn't show
Took two years and lots of phone calls/time to get my FENSA certification
General Comments
I had perfectly good fitting windows although a bit tired looking. Decided to have them replaced by Goldleaf Conservatories and ended up with something far worse.
My only choice now is to have them removed and PROFESSIONALLY refitted!
