Good Points

Good range of products...but I would like to see more business dresses.


Bad Points

I felt their Customer Service was disappointing, I was sent on a wild chase round the shop trying to find an assistant who could tell me where to find a suspender belt...after 5 attempts I was informed they didn't sell them...as I was leaving I found a whole display!!! very infuriating


General Comments

A good Marks and Spencer shop at Moorgate, but I think some of the staff could do with a little extra training and learn the names of the products that they are selling.

Silk and Wool does not mean Polyester, Cashmere is not Marino Wool Mix...Leather is not Plastic and a Suspender Belt is not a thing used in car Engines. Cognac is not Vodka, and toilet tissue is not wrapping paper...please give me a break...help not hinder.
