Good Points
The speeds are very good majority of the time and the T-mobile customer support is very good

Bad Points
On the odd occassion when the system is overcrowded access can take a while and i have no 3G access

General Comments
Overall the T-Mobile USB modem stick is very good i had the dongle which caused more problems. The speeds are good, internet access move just as fast as on any home broadband line connection.I have had the orange icon 225 and the vodafone usb stick and had internet access and speed problems with both. Although i have no 3G access the other options available like HSDA and UMTS ensure my access is flawless the majority of the time.And when i did have problems T-Mobiles customer support were very good at sorting out my problems and compensating me for any lost internet time.A good buy
