Good Points

Commission free exchange on purchases overseas, earning points.


Bad Points

Credit card did not work overseas! and no support provided on seeking help.


General Comments

I applied and received for a Thomas Cook credit card prior to our overseas holiday in Hong Kong - attracted by commission free purchases and earning of points. While it worked well in the UK, it would not work at any shop when we arrived overseas. We made an expensive call to support in the UK - the error code was described as unknown and we were promised a call back, which did not happen. We then submitted a message online, again no reply.
Luckily for us we had another credit card as backup, which we will always use from now on.
