General Comments

High admin fees.
Being charged £30 to update my address after moving (years policy was only £70).
Being charged £30 to cancel my policy- paperwork said I would receive 40% of my policy cost back if cancelled after 3 months, no refund, due to admin fee.
Receiving my proof of no claims discount with one years mysteriously missing.
Phoning customer services and being put on hold for 30 minutes (numerous times) then being redirected to the wrong department (numerous times).
Having the phone hung up on me after waiting on hold for ages and being redirected to the wrong department.
Phoning for a quote on a potential future bike, being quoted on said future bike, purchasing said bike only to be told "I don't know where you got that quote from" and being quoted £100 more.
From a loyal customer with 3 years NCB, no more MCE for me.
