Prices good and some nice furniture


General Comments

This is the 3rd time I have used Dwell and I am afraid it's my last. I will not put myself through this again. I find the customer service to be very disappointing. I have been on hold for long periods of time, and have yet to receive any replies to my emails. Very very very frustrating.

I feel that small businesses need to deliver fantastic customer care and Dwell just does not do this.

I receive an auto reply saying 'we will answer emails in 3 days'! I think they should stop expanding and get on top of their apparent customer service issues. I do not recommend Dwell under any circumstances.
